This was originally a recipe from Charlie Papazian's book: "The New Complete Joy of Home Brewing," called "Rocky Raccoon's Crystal Honey Lager." I messed up a few things along the way, so it ended up coming out a lot more like a steam ale, so I've named it, Goat Snot Honey Ale
