Thanks Brazedowl,Update just saying these recipes are a breeze small delay getting the extra hard lemonade to kick off for me maybe rookie mistake but with some advice from Brazedowl I have got it rocking rolling thanks for the Sound advice! sorry to say I may have had the water in the yeast starter little to warm? Not sure I did pump out 2 liters and add two liters of water and so far its ON
OH! the Champagne was a waste yeast, EC-1118 wine yeast, also started in warm water three tablespoons of wart/product added and I forgot about it 40 min add to bucket

bottled today and I ran out of bottles, I once was told its better to have to many bottles then not enough, Got to say on the occasion you don't have the right amount of bottles Just be sure you don't have anywhere to go, after bottling lt, Got to Say Or Take a "TAXI" Extra hard Lemonade Bitten! this batch is BA Bad-ass

Started a pink lemonade batch 5/4/2013, all went well the EC-1118 wine yeast has taken few extra days to get going and is on the way
