Ranco controller set to 40 degrees with 1 degree differential, on a Gibson 18 cu. ft. upright freezer. Freezer contains two full cornies and CO2 tank. Ambient temperature measured with digital thermometer hanging in the air of the freezer. Probe temperature measured by Ranco probe insulated on the side of a corny with 4 layers of bubble wrap.
Manual data logged every 30 seconds for 2 hours.
