Hey fellow Stocktonian... what keeps the temperature maintained in that box you got built there? I need to do something similar.

@bertdorf3 ice and a small computer fan hooked up to a thermostat. If you don't mind changing the ice its a cheap cooler that works well. The plans are found under DD fermentation cooler. Funny name!
