I'd like to try that. Is it hard to rack the beer to a keg atferwards....Dooes it clog the racking cane? How is it cleaning the hops out afterward????

I put a small muslin bag on the end of a racking cane before siphoning into a keg. It only really works well with whole hops though as the pellets clog the bag very easily.
