I threw a couple of kegs of water in the keezer over night, then got them both out, threw temp sensors in both, wrapped one in some cheap Wal-Mart foam, and measured the change in temperature in both of them over time... Was trying to decide if I could get away without a more expensive neoprene cover for now.
