Ed...new member. Have been making Pinot, Chianti, N.Z. Sauvignon Blanc but remember my days in Germany in the 60's when we drank apfelwein like it was water.

I need to get one of these. A hydro with only a final grav range? it's so hard to determine actual gravity with a full range one on scale.
