Thanks for sharring I will upgrade my profile as soon as I can, Just bottled a nice Brown Porter and will be starting my Berry Me Weiss on saturday I have to brew when it is cool, I can keep things cool 60-65 until June in my cellar I have the equipment to do 3 brews before then. Keep in touch and let me know if you come up with any new ideas on some recipes. I tried playing a u-phone that my freind had it was not a good thing I think I will stick to playing my Blues Harmonicas and Bass.
