Just a shot of the EMF brewery in action. RIMS system: Pump, homemade heat exchanger,New keggle mash tun, HLT cooler with water heater element. Wort is pumped up to the garage, cooked with direct fire from a 330,000 BTU jet burner and then returned downstairs for cooling and fermenting.
