Another picture of inside the keggle.  Cut keg with my 4 1/2" grinder and a template/jig that I duplicated from another posting online.  I used a 1/8" cutting wheel.  The outcome was better than a plasma cutter and left very little to clean up.

The outcome was better than a plasma cutter and left very little to clean up. It took all of about 10 minutes to make the actual cut, but a couple of hours to come up with the template/jig.
