This one looked nice, but didn't have much alcohol. This was my first all grain batch that I tried on the stovetop in a kettle. I was trying to use the electric range to control mash temps and it failed miserably. I'd add heat and then would overshoot my temp a LOT, so I probably denatured the enzymes. Could have been bad sparge technique as well. I have now invested in much better equipment, so it has been MUCH easier :)
