I know this pic has been up for a while now, but it looks exactly like what I want to do over the next year. I'm slowly getting parts together (i.e. burners, hoses, etc.) just waiting for a big pay day to get the stainless steel together. I'm looking to do a 30 gallon Blichmann, but have the ability to scale up to a 55 gallon Blichmann. Could you share your plans, or at least some of the top dimensions?
