    Hello

I was going to brew yesterday, but things came up and i was unable to brew. I have a yeast starter that is sitting at room temp right now. I am not going to be able to brew until at least this weekend. Can I put the whole starter in the refrig then take it out 24 hours before brewing? Would I need to add more dme to activate it?

    Thanks

the fridge is fine, at the beginning of your brew day next weekend decant your beer and let the yeast warm up while brewing and then pitch as normal

Yep, just like Bensiff said that's fine to keep it in the fridge. I have done so once or twice and still achieved the desired attenuation and quick start to fermentation.
