    12lbs 4oz brewers malt 2-row
    1lbs Munich 10L
    12oz carapils
    5oz caramel malt-40L
    1.5oz chinook (90 min)

    Mash at 148 for 60 min

    First wort hops: 90 min
    1oz chinook
    3oz nugget

    Sparge at 168

    Boil
    3lbs corn sugar for 90 min
    1oz simcoe for 45 min
    1oz for 5 min
    2oz centennial for 5 min

    2 packages of us-56

    Forgot

    Dry hop for three days

    3.25oz Columbus
    1.75oz simcoe
    1.75oz centennial

    It's called lupus salictarius

    Mash 148 seems really low.
    Hops seem really high. 5.5 oz essentially at 90min, plus 4 more oz throughout the boil.

    And almost seven for dry hop?
