I'm doing a wit with the "Easy Stovetop Allgrain Brewing" method.

    Recipe:

    3 gal batch
    4.5 lbs Wheat Malt
    2 lbs 2-row
    .5 oz Argentine Cascade (60minutes)
.25 oz Bitter Orange (15 mins)
    .25 oz Coriander (15 mins)
    Safbrew 06

Is WB-06 a good Wit yeast, or should I go with the White Labs WLP400? I have the 06 already. But I can pick up a White Labs or Wyeast no problem.

WLP400. WB-06 isn't going to give nearly enough esters for a Wit.
