So I brewed the honey hibiscus wit Kit from AHS and it has been in bottles for 3 Weeks now and barely had any carbonation. Are wits known to take a while to carb? Was leaving this brew in primary for 1.5 months (to reduce sulphur) to long? It has been sitting at + or - 70* the whole time.

How much priming sugar did you bottle with?

That seems like enough sugar and three weeks should be long enough. Do you have any sediment in the bottom of your bottles? The only thing I can think of is your yeast all settled out and when you bottled you didn't get enough into the bottles. You can put a little bit of yeast in each bottle but it sounds like a pain to do.

This is a pain, I did it once. Completely (emphasize that) flat beer after 4 maybe even 5 weeks. Uncapped all the bottles, re-hydrated some dried cooper's and calculated the amount of rehydrated yeast (in ml's) to add to each bottle. Using a syringe, added yeast to each bottle and re-capped. The good news is, they carbonated and rather quickly. I suppose there are worse things in life, but I really don't want to do this again. It was really disappointing, week after week, hoping the beer would carbonate and it just didn't. All's well that ends well right?
