When storing my equipment do I need to rinse off Starsan to avoid corrosive damage?

There's no need to sanitize your kettle or IC before storage as it will all be sanitized during the next boil. Just wash well and dry thoroughly. I try to keep the lids off my pots to avoid and mold growth.

starsan will strip/disolve copper and aluminum, so you shouldnt leave those materials soaking in it. however there is no need to do more than just let it dry.
