Wichita Bulk Grain Buy

I am organizing a grain buy with the Derby Brew Club. We will be placing the order through Mid Country Malt.

I welcome anyone in the area to jump on board and get some cheap grain. We are planning on ironing out the final order around the end of the month. Here is a spreadsheet I pulled off here from Yonus and edited a little more. It dynamically adjusts the price you pay per lb (in green) based on distributing the freight over the total number of bags:

The split bags are based on 5lb increments. You are not limited to what is on the list now. Contact me for a copy of the Mid Country Malt product list. Let me know if there is anything you want and I'll add it to the order.

I did a grain buy a bit ago, and figured out that shipping per pound worked better than shipping per bag. Once people started buying hops and spices, it was easier to chop up the flat-rate by the pound than by the bag.

I may switch over to that if we have problems or if I get extra time. Currently this order is just grain. I considered just making everything else "free" shipping and distributing the freight only over the grain.
