wheat beer question

    I'm brewing a wheat beer tomorrow and the recipe called for citrus zest and rice hull when should these ingredients go into the process.

    Zest at the end of the boil.

    Rice hulls are introduced to the mash to make sparging easier. Add them directly to the mash at the beginning.
