    Construction defect investigator.
    My expertise is building envelope... window and wall testing, dis-assembly/documentation/re-assembly, sealants, deck coatings, flashing, etc.
    Did you guys know that it rains in Seattle? Apparently, most of the contractors here have forgotten that.
