So a friend of mine is moving away and gave me some of his left over stuff.
    What I got..

    Cooper's Canadian Blonde kit
    Cooper's OS Lager kit
    Brewhouse Honey Blonde Ale

    1kg Muntons Brew Enhancer (50/50 DME/Dextrose mix)
    500g Light DME

    1oz Tettnang hops
    1oz Norther Brewer hops
    1oz Hallertau hops

    2x Saflager S-23
    2x Safale S-04
    Safbrew T-58
    Safbrew S-33
    Safale US-05
    2x 1214 Wyeast Belgian Abbey (May 2013)
    1272 Wyeast American Ale II

My history with brewing is very simple, mostly "Coopers" "Festa Brew" and "Brewhouse" kits. I've only swapped the dry yeast with some liquid yeast before.

I'd eventually like to advance but if anyone has and ideas what I could do with these supplies.

I generally like a lighter style beer; not overly hoppy (yet). I love wheat/hefe beers, and lagers (don't have the greatest temp control)

    Thanks for any ideas

    Hey Mate!

I am only new here so sorry you may not like my idea.

    I've done this before;

    1.7 kg Coopers Canadian Blonde
    500g Dry Malt
    700g of Dextrose
    40g of Cascade Hops
    Safale US-05

Did the std kit in the fermenter with 700g of dextrose.
Boiled 20 g of cascade hops for 60min with DME
10 min left added 10g and then 10g more at flame out.

ABV approx. 6.3% and was very smooth tasting PA.

    Good Luck bro
