what to do with fresh hops?

    I got about 2lb of fresh hallertau today and was wandering how to store them. They were picked fresh and have been frozen in two zip loc bages. Do I thaw them out and dehydrate them or leave them frozen and just plan my next few batches to use them up for flavor and aroma.

    If you can use them relatively soon, I'd just keep them frozen.
