I have about 10 bottles of white wine that doesn't taste good at all, and even cooking with it is pretty bad. I made some clams in it and it tasted like vinegar.

Is there anything I can do with it?

Grow a garden next year and you'll have Salad Dressing forever!

Yep! Add some "mother of vinegar" to a big jug of it. Cover it with cheesecloth and in a month or so enjoy your wine vinegar. Depending on the ABV, you may need to dilute the wine with some water but that's about all there is to it.
