What should I brew?

Hey everyone, I'm fairly new to brewing and with some recently acquired ingredients was hoping someone could suggest something for me to brew. Here's what I've got: 7lbs light LME
1lb Briess Pilsen light DME
1lb Briess Bavarian Wheat DME
8oz 15L crystal malt
3oz mosaic hop pellets
2oz Cascade hop pellets and
1oz warrior hop pellets.

I can't really get back to the hbs but there is a grocery store across the street so...

Try a pale ale.

 

I'd really like to do an IPA and based on what I've read id like to add some orange peel or zest to play off the mosaic hops and wheat malt. I'm just not sure of the hop schedule. How does this look?

.75oz warrior @60
1oz mosaic @30
1oz mosaic @15
1oz mosaic @0
1oz cascade @dryhop-5-7 days.

Don't really no how to figure the IBUs so any help would be great, thanks.
