    Humble Pie.

Never seen a brewer pair their beer with it.

    ...Or crow.

I once saw my crazy uncle Joe crack open a can of Budweiser and pour it over his cornflakes one morning, because he didn't have any milk in the fridge. I can't imagine that tasting good. :drunk:

i never said i don't think ice cream and beer aren't a good match as far as flavor goes.

it's just not a good match as far as what happens when they mingle for a couple minutes in the stomach.

That's it! I'm allergic to pine nuts. If I had pine nuts and beer my throat and tongue would swell, my blood pressure would bottom out, and I'd pass out (and maybe die).

Pine nuts would NOT pair well with beer for me.

Yogurt. Mostly because I think it's gross... Unless it's turned into tzatziki :/

I think the opposite is more true. In that there are just some beers that don't pair well with any foods.

Big, thick, rich, quads come to mind. They can be a meal unto themselves.

The local brewpub even did a sour with it. Heavenly delicious I tell you.

Certain cheeses can work imho. Ones that I like there are salty blue cheese to cut through. Or French goats cheese with it´s tartness and depth. An applewood smoked cheddar also should work.
Sides that you can always pour on an do a toffee pudding or so, getting you more differentiation between the sweet notes and pulling more dried fruit out of the quad.

Orange Heffeweisen. Not ideal, but tasty.

And when did toothpaste become food?

I hate beer and pizza. Pizza and a Coke is the ONLY way to go IMHO
