Havin some SA Latitude 48 IPA & vodka. And my wife found this tube of carribean jerk marinade in a tube with an injector on the end of it. She injected a pork roast with it. So far,this bear tastes great with that injector marinade stuff. Sometin new at Giant Eagle she found today. :rockin:

I am still working on my pizza dough skills. The whole stretching with the knuckles sounds easier than it really is. I took for granted the guys tossing the pizza dough around when I used to work in a pizza shop as delivery in college. I should have asked for some lessons! Too bad the guy looks like animal from the revenge of the nerds! I couldn't take him seriously at any time..

Last of an older batch of 8% hoppy saison. Boozes started peaking through when the hops faded. Other than avec les bons vouex, I can't think of a saison I've had over 8% that was good.

Sitting on the porch with a Schlafly Golden Ale. Not too shabby I needed to mix it up a bit. I need to stop buying IPAs for a while.

 

Some of my honey ale that is, dare I say, the best in my repertoire to date! Wow. Came from Morebeer as an extract kit... I will surely be making this again!!!

That's a swell beer. Ages as well as anything. It's on the 'when my wife gets two more degrees I'm buying a case every year' list.

So easy its silly! Start with cleared unsweetened SP, one packet any flavor Kool Aid and one cup sugar per half gallon ( Ive been doing them in growlers)they have all been good.

 

Found this today. It's pretty damn good! It's no Wookey Jack, but still a great Black IPA
