My Promised Land Stout.

 

Liking the home brews at the moment. Chocolate cream stout is pouring sexy and tasty tonight.

 

Homebrewed coffee stout a buddy gave me.. he did well.

 

1st time having this, I'm loving it!!!! Plus, $25 a case doesn't hurt either!!! TGIF!!!

 

My oatmeal stout and my apfelwein work very well together.

 

Just finished a bottle of Breckenridge Vanilla Porter.
Sweet (without overdoing it), creamy and oh so dark.

 

I was all set to go through some of my Deschutes Red Chairs but then I saw that Lagunitas Sucks. A quick trip to the store and now I have one poured. I'm like a pregnant woman with my beer cravings.

 

Lagavulin 16. It's been a week worthy of some scotch.

 

So maybe Angry Beast wasn't the best choice on an empty stomach but this sure was an excellent choice @ 6.99 a six pack. Making tortellini with meatballs to address the empty stomach thing. This may be an early night. I did manage to watch Killer Joe already though.

My god, that beer is delicious.

 

Schlafly Kolsch. Pretty good, not a huge fan of the style but a pretty good beer.

A very nice DeLoach Zinfandel w/ a NY Strip, medium rare.

 

Pretty good, would most likely be a lot better if it wasn't over 3 months old. Got to start checking labels better.

Say what you will about New Belgium (I don't care for most of their beers), but they make some awesome Belgians.

 

Friends in CA have told me to check this out for awhile, not disappointed at all, wow!
