Trying out another brewery here in Colorado. Jessup Farm Barrel House in Fort Collins. Enjoying the Hurry Up And Wait: POG. Delicious!

 

I love rachmaninoff and hindelmuth. Glad you are gettimg after it. weldwerks juicy bits, dragons milk, and hb light lager.

Paul Hindemith? Agreed! Innovative and interesting music. That sheet music is Prokovief Toccata which I've decided the fingers are not ready for. The Rach piece is the cadenza (solo) from the 3rd Piano Concerto (certainly not the whole gosh darn concerto!!) Cadenza is fast, and a sh!t ton of notes, but cords..so I'm not as scared?? Ask me again in 6 months!

 

This was my first stab and I added a full ounce for 5 gallons. I think most people agree half an ounce is good but I tend to over do things and then pull back to adjust. I am very happy with how it turned out.

I'm not trying to insult you, but I really don't know what to say about that, other than holy f*ck! I hope when you do have some, you enjoy them as much as I do. They are truly my favorite beers, hands down.
