Might have to try that place next time I'm in Collins to visit my brother. We had some good beers at Rock Bottom in Loveland when I was there last time.

Paul Hindemith? Agreed! Innovative and interesting music. That sheet music is Prokovief Toccata which I've decided the fingers are not ready for. The Rach piece is the cadenza (solo) from the 3rd Piano Concerto (certainly not the whole gosh darn concerto!!) Cadenza is fast, and a sh!t ton of notes, but cords..so I'm not as scared?? Ask me again in 6 months!

This was my first stab and I added a full ounce for 5 gallons. I think most people agree half an ounce is good but I tend to over do things and then pull back to adjust. I am very happy with how it turned out.

I love this beer! Thanks @LoneTreeFarms for tossing one in the box!!! This hits the spot now that the kids are in bed.
Another afternoon of friends over and being a single dad. Everyone survived, ate well & enjoyed some cupcakes. Need to hide the evidence before mommy gets home tomorrow. Haha
