I felt safe enough to come out. My daughter is starting to feel better and my wife apparently hasn't caught it. So I came out to make breakfast. Now I somehow have to find the motivation to go get some work done.

Well now they own all three tiers in CO. Purchases 3 companies in a week as well as SAB miller. They are on a buying spree. People cave because of the money and guess a way to survive.

 

I should be running some tests but really really do not want to do anything. Especially its a short holiday week. Plus the test are not a rush and can be delayed

Coffee. Just got a phone call from the wife. She shattered the coffee carafe, third one in as many years. We're getting a stainless steel one to replace it. I told her, "We can't live without coffee."

 

They just bought a local brewery here, Four Peaks. It's the largest in the state but all of their offerings are pretty meh so should fit in just fine with their portfolio.

Very happy with the Porter, got some oaked bourbon and cocoa nibs on the way into the keg, dinner will be reviled in an appropriate thread later

Lol. You know it's cold out here when people start wearing shoes over sandals.

 

Saw a woman wearing a scarf earlier. It's in the mid 70's. Stupid.

 

Probably has a thyroid problem like my wife. She says it's cold outside when it's 69 degrees. So glad it's going to be 85 for Christmas. :smack:

 

I imported my wife from Florida. She complains about the cold about the time the heat is bearable. When the real cold comes it is virtually impossible to get her to leave the house.

 

I can understand that, but it's not an isolated event. I see alot of people here dress according to season, not temperature. It's a cloudy day in December pushing 80 degrees. People are still going around in jeans, coats, scarves, boots like it's 30. I guess they already switched their closet over from summer to winter wardrobe. Apparently that's actually a thing.

 

I might open an that Inbev beer tonight with my brother. Before we know it any beer we buy not make will be under that umbrella

 

It's just as bad out here in AZ except we are actually cold this winter, gonna be mid 50's for the high all week.
