    Sample of latest IPA. Dry hopped with Columbus and Centennial was not a good choice. Oniony. Weird how Columbus does that when I love the aroma out of the bag.

    Having a pour of my DIPA and watching some football. Swmbo stayed home from work and is sick as a dog. At least after the hockey tournament they had a chili cook-off and a cookie bake-off, so I didn't have to make lunch! :D

    I've gotten strong onion from summit, maybe slightly from Columbus in large qtys.

    I find that if I check my homegrown Columbus early in the harvest season they are heavy with onion. If I let them go for about an extra month the onion goes away and I get more of that dankness (hate that description )

    Had a Fireside Chat earlier. Now a Coors Light as I watch water fall from the sky. People from out of California call it "rain" or something like that.
