Not bad, the melanoidin profile is making it interesting.

It's less than 3 weeks old.

Enjoyed those myself! Daughter-in-law managed 6 tickets to Star Wars premier next week at Alamo Draft House. No lines, + dinner, beer...life is good. Hopefully Abrams didn't F*** it up like Lucas did.

OT...this is very chocolaty! Be better if it was 7% as opposed to 4.5%.

Sampled some of my "There Gose Sea Breeze" at the LHBS today. Pretty well received. One comment was that the tartness was there, but I should try lacto instead of acidulated malt. Another thought a little more salt would be good (other guy liked it where it is). Cool! Picked up a rental wine corker and supplies to bottle Blueberry-Muscadine Wine...first time corking. On Coke Zero currently... Beer around 10:30, following taxi duties for kids.

This is an Awesome DIPA..8.6% at 85IBU..bottle says just IPA. Barely taste any oak, but mosic comes through big time. Well balanced. Highly recommend.

Off topic...girls going to Omaha to play in home state for semifinals. Really hope for Tex/Neb Championship. We haven't beat Texas in years....it's time!

It tastes like cherries though, so I'm calling it a win.

If you were going to say I have one, you're going to have to try harder to offend me. ;)

I don't necessarily want to offend, but getting winked at is kinda nice...😉

Thank God for 3 day work weeks! This is nice, but Mosaic was best DIPA in a while...
