Kicked my keg of Amarillo SMaSH that was only kegged on 2/3. That may be a record for me! I have a Lemon Drop SMaSH I just dry-hopped yesterday and an India Red Ale done and just needs a clean keg. Stoked.

Water. Work. I want to go home and drink until I forget this week ever happened. Specifically Tuesday-now.

 

I tried my sample and wasn't sure. I got good lemon flavor but the so-called description may have made me think I tasted things I do not. I dry hopped with 2 more ounces and I will keg early next week. I may cold crash first though, it's cloudy. The sample I took has been in the fridge since Monday and it is not really clearing so cold crashing may be pointless. This was 2-row and that hop.
I will go downstairs and try the sample again. Though I'm on beer 2 already. HEAR THAT @REMMY ?! BEER 2!!!!!

I was 2 months early, clearly I'm awesome.

That sounds terrible haha the tires that were on it are fairly but they are hard pack tires. The trails i ride are hard pack, but i needed something more aggressive for the next couple months when its muddy and also when i venture out to the rockies.

Second pour. It's ok but a little disappointing considering how good some of the beers from fff and sun king are, they don't play together as well as they play on their own.

Ugh... that's the worst. Had a four pack of Grand Teton Pursuit of Hoppiness that was absolute garbage (I usually LOVE it), floaties, nasty stuff... it was still within "good by date."

I called them up and they sent me a check for the cost of the four pack.

Ah, a beer from my hometown! Try their Laika and Monkey's Uncle if you get a chance. Monkeynaut and Gorillanaut are popular too.

I have a flat of those milk stouts in cans hit a secondary fermentation or something and exploded one by one in my kitchen. Sadness....

Only clear liquids for me, and no beer...been sick for a damn week. Didn't get to brew my Irish Stout last weekend either.
