    Keep HBT weird.

No, I agree that a lot of theirs could be better. Homie was good though. I hope they do it again.

Moved onto a Moerlein Handlebar double stout, since we're in the neighborhood.

Sounds like something I would drink...**** a Dar! Coffee so far today, but I make a trek to a bottle shop and grabbed a sixer of Nugget Nectar. Going to check out a a little gathering in town that promises food trucks and beer, among other things. Then more driving to drop daughters friend home, a couple hour away. Back tonight for the Nectar.

The above post doesn't say what you're currently drinking! :D

I'm finishing my Ticallion and will likely get up to pour another pint. I want this keg to kick in the next week or so.

If my calculations are correct, I have 10-12 pints/pours remaining.

I bet if Hillfarmfacetreesteadhill Brewery made that beer it would be the best thing he ever put in his mouth. besides my grandma's kielbasa, of course.

Wow busy morning! Bottled 5 gallons of Black IPA, racked 8 gallons of RIS into secondary half of it on bourbon soaked vanilla beans and I brewed 6 gallons of Citra/Galaxy IPA with White Labs "Brett?" Brux Trois. Didn't have time to drink like I normally do on brew day but I did manage to drink these 2.

That's easy, just add all of it to any recipe you have, brew as you normally would, and the results will be superior. @bucknuts can confirm.

Sample of a tripel I brewed for my buddy at work. 1.082 OG, 1.008 FG, and 10.3% ABV. Tastes good to me, but I don't normally keep Belgian beers around the house, so I am going to go get one from the store in a bit so I can tell if I'm on the right track with it.

Mosaic is one of my favorite hop varieties. I just brewed a Vienna / mosaic SMaSH the other day and have used mosaic in saisons and ipas prior. Love it. How'd yours turn out?

I had a half-pour that I made SWMBO get me while I was on the couch. Problem is, I have to cook. I need to be alive for that.

After all, that 8.8% ABV home brew was meant to be brewed for sessioning. You know how it goes down here.

One of the best beers I've ever brewed. Similar recipe to your slightly stoopid. Same yeast, different hop schedule. I steeped 3 oz for 30 minutes and it's incredible.

Awesome, thanks man! If it really is just as simple as adding it to a saison recipe that would make things easier for me haha never brewed a beer with a lot of rye.

That's great. And I believe it. That hop works well for both flavor and aroma. Very pungent in both aspects. I love that.

Let me stop talking and pour another pint.

    Bell's Smitten.

    @coldcrash I'm probably lying.

Now, do I drink Cherry Funk, 2014 Riserva, a 2014 Impending Descent, 2014 BCBS, Alpine Duet, quart of Sucks or 2014 Surette?
