Nut brown. Dry hopping my Belgian pale tonight. I need to start brewing more frequently so I have a better variety of beers around.

You need to brew it a few days in a row.

 

Probably a flanders red. That or a fruited sour. Maybe raspberries this time. Got a peach and kiwi going

First bottle of my Brett saison, 6 weeks bottled. It was a partial fill, but carbonation is coming along.

I like it so far, hoping for more funk in the future.

Don't you just love it when things go your way? I wasn't even planning on going to the beer store when I walked out the door tonight, but I went on a whim since I was in the area. I'm just pokin' around, seeing what's new when I spied a full case Gandhi-bot hiding in plain sight. There was a tense moment when the lady behind the counter was calling the owner to find out if it was all spoken for, but I scored a four pack.

Haha! We did have a fairly lengthy conversation (as conversations while checking out at the package store go) about the ridiculousness of the whole situation. But no complaints about my religion were made, mostly because I don't have one, haha.
