What are you drinking now?

A little bit ago I had my first, real, 90 min IPA. I waited a long time, but found it had too much crystal malts and not enough hoppiness. Now this treat is tasty!

Drinking homebrew. Yes, the head is gone, been nursing it. It's a brewers best English brown ale with brown sugar and honey added to bump ABV, coffee to the specialty grains, and vanilla and cinnamon for flavor. It ended up mostly being a high ABV flavor overpowering the added flavors

But hey, we experiment, and THIS is why we experiment, right? Nice to have a few after a night of aerospace homework. Next time, more ABV will come from upping malt, and the flavors will be upped

Isn't this great? I switched over to comfy long sleeves before going to work at 5 pm this evening, and am loving the fact that I did. I can't wait for this comfy fall weather (It also brings out the cuteness in girls - I'd much rather see girls at my university dressed in really nice looking jackets, scarves, and full length pants than sleezy booty shorts and t-shirts. Call me crazy)

 

Youre not crazy, yoga pants for the win! The best thing for me is that the windows have been open for days. The girlfriend is getting pissed cuz its so cold inside but she has layers she can put on.
