Rice wine

 

Not drinking these...yet. Small party tonight. 12 different CO breweries, 14 different beers, I've only tasted 1 of them before.

 

Sixpoint The Crisp. Aptly named but man, this smells more like a dry white wine than a beer.

 

I've seen a lot of those beers many times at the store, but I've never pulled the trigger. Can you let us know how they are?

 

That 's the goal - tasting and opinions from craft and non- craft drinkers. Couple of neighbors and have a mini beer festival. I'll report until I can't taste anymore.

Starting with something nice and light. Not my style, but decent

 

My ESB. Double pour.

 

My hefe.

 

Switched to a Cuba Libre for this round. Getting ready to throw the flank steak on the grill while I debate about what form of hoppy goodness I want to move on to next.

 

Forest & Main's Paradisaea - nice, funky saison. Gorgeous day here (and the cheese & salame are pretty good too!)

 

Some He'brew from Upstate NY...I'm not a big IPA fan, but this variety pack is all good...it's definitely kosher...

 

This is more my style. Citrus aroma, malty taste. The ABTs are almost done. Time for the party to start

 

That's how the best things get created.

Bonfire Brewing Pink-I.
Supposed to be a raspberry IPA. Smells like raspberries, tastes ok. I won't be buying anymore, but I wouldn't dump it either.
