Went to bottle today...

    got all excited had everything ready, almost everything. Go to sanitize the bottles and find out i'm about 20-30 short. :( It's a barley wine and I dry hoped it almost a week ago so I was wanting do bottle soon. Being gone for a month screwed up my whole brew cycle. Luckily it was a barley wine and the extra month in the secondary only did it a favor. I guess today is going to be a bigger drinking day than I had planned.:drunk:

    I think it would be worth getting some 16 ounce soda bottles...pouring out )or drinking) the soda and bottling the excess.

    Park them somewhere and let them be the first that you crack in to.
