I have always put my hop pellets in the freezer...but now I have some whole leaves. I know that pellets hardly contain water...so freezing wont damage them.
Is it the same story with whole leaves too?

I freeze all hops. They should all be dried to the same standard. Pellets have just been refined further, to make them easier to package and ship.
