I'm brainstorming for a watermelon ale, but need some input:

    For the watermelon, would you:

    (1) Add the juice to the secondary

    or

    (2) Do a 2 or 3 Gallon brew of wort and then add 3/2 gallons of watermelon juice during the primary?

    Why?

When I did mine I added the juice to the secondary, it came out great. Are you thinking 3 1/2 gallons of watermelon juice, because that would probably be too much.
