    Hey guys,

About to do an all grain brew and I'm wondering if the filtered water from the fridge is okay to use for the mash?

A very qualified, it might be okay. Will take a long time to collect the needed water if your filter is like the one on our frig.
Using your own well water, it is more likely good to use. Might need some adjustments depending on how well minerals are filtered and whether your well water is acid or alkaline.
Using municipal water water will be more challenging. Does the filter remove chlorine or chloramines? I would recommend looking up the information for the filter to see what it is intended to do. Use of Campden tablets for municipal water may be needed even if the filter could remove chloramines.
