I am going to send a sample into ward labs for a test to see what's in my water. Has anyone done this before and does anyone know which test to have run? It seems that there a few to choose from?!?!

    Thanks!!

Household Mineral Test. W-6 is the number. That'll give you everything you need.

Awesome, thanks for the quick response. I was debating the "beer test" or the W-6, they are the same price.

Check that the w-6 test is 10$ cheaper...

I didn't see the beer test. I assume they add a test for chloramine or chlorine levels to their standard mineral test. You can get that from your water supplier. If you are on well water there is none anyway. But that is the test I ordered, the W-6 test. It has everything you need. Happy brewing.
