I have some grain laying around and thought I would throw something together and see what I get. Was just wondering what others thought.
    What I have...
    1 lb Light DME
    2 lbs 2 row
1/2 lb each of roasted barley, black patent, chocolate malt, honey malt, flaked wheat, wheat malt and cara pils.

Thought about maybe getting a few more pounds of 2 row and a couple more flaked wheat or wheat malt and then decide which of the dark malts I want to use. Probably use just cascade hops.

    Thoughts?
