Just watched Paul last night. Didn't even know those two Brits were in it beforehand.

Although it did not quite reach SotD levels, it was fairly funny. I'd put it on par with Hot Fuzz...

This poll is flawed. Why are we only comparing T&DVE and SotD? There are other horror comedies out there. How about Zombieland, Evil Dead 2, or Army of Darkness?

Long story. Best horror ever was a different poll (polls).

I am with you on Evil Dead 2. Zombieland and AOD are NOT on par with these 2, great though they are.

I don't know. I really enjoyed Zombieland. Different feel, but I laughed my ass off on that one. Double-tap!

I liked zombieland too, funny as hell, but just funny doesn't make it EPIC.

The bill Murray parts were absolutely hilarious. If they had more scenes that were that funny in it, then it'd be on par with tde.

I actually thought Bill Murray seemed tacked on. It didn't fit and seemed so improbable.

    Sorry!!!

Haha, no sorry necessary. Everyone's got opinions...check out my opinion on buried vs another guys in the netflix thread, everyone's got em.

I still don't see how its any more improbable than a zombie apocalypse though....but I've seen you claim some incredibly improbable movies to be probable, so I won't pretend to truly understand your definition of what is indeed probable in a fantasy movie :)

I agree, but I thought it was funny as hell.

And the scene in Caddyshack when Chevy Chase meets Bill Murray while playing night golf was tacked on so maybe it was an homage or something.

I think someone should make a zombie movie where zombie hunters rack up Points for killing zombies. Whole thing could be like a live action video game reality show.

    Lol.

SOtD has less memorable one liners, but is more epic.
