Trademarking brewery name

I'm sure this topic has been discussed but I couldn't find a thread, has anyone trademarked there brewery name. I really have to intent to sell beer commercially. But I thought it would be cool to own a brand, you know for t shirts, sticker Etc. if you have had experience with this how was it? And how long did it take and how much did it cost

If your already selling items under that brand name, you really don't have to trade mark it, although I would as well. With how the US laws work if your distributing with that name and someone were to come along and try to use it you'd already have the rights to it even if they tried to take it since you were using in your business already.
