Got down to -18f last night and it's 7 degrees right now, so I'm not going out to that cold shop and brew today. Guess I'll just decant my yeast starter and pour it all into a jar for some other time. I was really looking forward to a nice brew Saturday, bummer.

70 in my kitchen. Perfect for the Pils on today's to-do list. :)

I've brewed in -10 (garage was about 20 degrees). It's not as bad as you'd think if you're out of the wind.

February blows, we've had the AC for the last 2 weeks because of the heat.

If I had a setup in my garage, I'd be brewin in the cold (-2 right now). Throw on the hunting coveralls, a long sleeve shirt, hoodie and stocking cap. Grab some beer and get to it.
