The style has been guessed, and one adjunct is technically correct (but not in the way you meant it).

You've pretty much got it. DFH Positive Contact (Witbier with apples, cilantro, and cayenne peppers).

    Next!

Ah, I was going to guess Positive Contact but I wasn't sure it was a witbier.

OK, ladies and gents. Here's the next one.

Sorry about the rough picture; it was night time and I had a very tough time getting the color to show in artificial light.

Albertsons find for me so I imagine it must be pretty widely available.

    Well, that was quick.

You didn't get the specific beer but the style is correct. It's Duchesse de Bourgogne.

Came highly rated, but I did not care for it - much too sweet for my taste. My wife (who does not typically like beer) enjoyed it though.

    +1 for the new guy!!

Same here though. I loved Monks Cafe Flemish first time I had it because it was a new frontier for me. Now its okay, yet fiance hates beer, will drink that.

I'm not sure how it will go over if I run to the store and crack a beer at work... that would be nice though. I'll have one up when I bail out of here in a few hours, sorry!

I'm sorry guys. I did not realize I could post hints, I should have read all the way back. I'll give one that should be pretty solid since I missed Sat/Sun hints. Again, my apologies.

Hint #1: Its from a local brewery and can be found at nearly any establishment in the area that offers good drinks. Be sure to order one with a plate of wings if you visit.

Awesome! Okay, here's the next one (apparently I needed to wash out my glass better between beers!). I'm looking for the specific brew, so I'll start with a big hint. This is a brew from a nearby brewery, one of their year-round offerings, and it's a "big" beer.

Well, this is going to get finished off quickly. It is a 3 Floyds beer, yes, but not Dreadnaught. So...you know, one of the other 3 year-rounders that they have...I think I'm making this too easy on you :)

OK, here's the next one. I made sure to rotate it so it wasn't sideways, unlike JordanKnudson :D

To be honest, I wasn't even sure what the style of this one was - I had to look at BeerAdvocate. So what they said is what I'm looking for, but if you're reasonably close to that I'll give it to you.

Japanese solar-bobbing sumo approved of this beer.

As always, bonus cookie if you guess the exact beer. It's from a relatively new, relatively nearby brewery, and it's one of their four (that I know of) distributed offerings.

    American wheat.

And sorry my picture was sideways! :p I actually don't know how to correct that when I'm uploading from my phone...HBT always automatically turns it sideways...any idea how you fix that?

This is close, but it's missing a magic word or two.

No idea how to rotate the pic from your phone. I was just giving you a hard time :)

Haha I know you were! Still though, it always bothers me that I can't get the picture oriented correctly...I wonder if there actually is a way to do that.

And I'll also guess that it's a Hefeweizen, specifically.
