Things a Homebrewer Thinks

I was just down in my beer room and thought "I'm running low. I only have 5 cases of beer."

 

"I'm scared of electricity, but I could probably do an all-electric build"

 

"If I ever won the lottery, I'd open a brewery."

 

"This batch of beer is not good. I'll make it my 'night ender'"

 

"I all ready have more than I can drink. All my carboys are full. Wonder what I should make next?"

 

I need more fermenters. I've still got a couple hundred empty bottles.

 

I should thaw that giant rump roast to make room for hops in the freezer.

Hahaha, just had that same thought last night. My 10 gallons in primary did nothing to assuage my fears.

 

Working out of town sucks, I have to drink brew pub / commercial beer which is not as good as my home brew.

 

"I think I've developed a fear of empty fermenters. I wonder what that phobia would be called?"

 

"I don't care if I'm hurt. If I don't brew today it throws off my entire brewing schedule."

 

"If I brew enough in advance, I can give everyone mixed 6 packs for the holidays. Oh crap. I drank it all."

 

"Hmmmm....Who can I invite over to drink beer, so I can brew more?"

 

"The beer I make is so much cheaper than the beer I would buy.....so I must be saving money!"

 

"I'm a genius. No one has ever thought of brewing with _______ before."

“Wow!!! this beer tastes like crap, better get my friends over to finish it off for me, so i can make something else”

 

Bravo all. I too have thought many of these, funny how great minds think alike, now its 11AM here, but 4PM in Spain, its ok to start drinking now.

Dude im going to get mine to do it but my batch might get messed up ill be distracted

 

All (insert astronomically large # here) of my kegs are full...I guess I must need to get a few more.

 

When the Zombie apocalypse happens, I'll have enough beer for the first _____ months/years before I need to figure a work around.

 

Hahaha. My girlfriend sent me a text that said "found some apple cider in the pantry" the first thing is said back was "I could probably make something out of that!"

 

It's never too early to drink vitamin B!

 

I get anxiety when a seasonal beer comes out and I can't immediately go to the store to get it.

 

"Yikes, i only have 50 gallons fermenting"

 

"Is 6 taps enough for me, what if i want some variety?"

 

That (looking at ANY large metal object) would make a great brew pot/fermentor!

 

"Why is the smallest inductor tank I can find for a conical fermenter build 15 gallons? I guess I could make larger batches."
