Temperature Contoller Help

I am looking to make a fermentation chamber out of chest freezer and need help with selecting a temperature controller. I have zero electrical skills so I am looking for a controller that I can plug into the wall and then plug the freezer into that. I have seen a couple on the forum but the model was not listed. Thanks for your help!

Question...are you going to have heat inside the freezer also? I noticed you live in the Northern part of the US and did know how cold the area you will be using the freezer in may get?

Don't think I will need the heater, I am going to put it in the basement and it rarely gets below 68. I have a batch of ale that went nuclear on me, hitting 78 so I had to move it into a water bath.

 

for the price and the absolute ease of wiring I would go with the ebay aquarium temp controller. yes it is a 2 stage but it will work fine as a single. and at under 30 bucks it is a steal. I wired mine and I am a complete klutz with anything electronic.
