I'm acquiring "furniture" for my basement brewery which will be 3 vessel electric. Ignoring my room size, is there a driver for table size/characteristics? I'm going as long as I can find.
    I guess options are:
    Depth 24 or 30"
    Backsplash or no

Does too deep or the backsplash cause problems with hoses or wiring?

Kal recommends 24x60 on his website: http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/brew-stand.

He does not have one with a backsplash. I'm slowing acquiring things for my build and got a 24x60 with 4 inch backsplash for a good price at webstaurantstore.com. I went with the backsplash simply because shipping was $10 vs $60 to get one without the backsplash. I have no idea why there was such a difference for practically identical products.

I found this used SS table/cart at a used restaurant supply store for a few hundred bucks. Depending upon tank size, I would go with 36" depth. My backsplash and sides have saved me on a few spills.
