Sweetcorn Beer

Sweetcorn will be ready in less than a month here in Iowa. I'll have access to as much as I can pick. Any good recipes for a sweetcorn beer? Not even sure what method to use or if it would be any good - would you soak the corn in water overnight and mix that with wort? Or steep it in a grain bag?

When I considered this in the past I was told "You would need to make a cereal mash from the corn in order for proper conversion". I have not tried this yet but you might try a search with this in the title.
